Join archivists Nora Thornton and Joanne Carroll from the National Library of Ireland as they look at a range of recipes and cookery books from the NLI’s collections. From 16th century manuscripts to 21st century websites, join us to discover Ireland’s food heritage and culinary traditions.
The talk will be hosted in the Joly Lecture Theatre at the National Library of Ireland.
